Insaan dukhi tabhi hota hai jab uska koi kaam nahi hota ya koi kaam kharaab ho jata hai aur usi se hume tension bhi milti hai aur hum par uska pressure badhta rehta hai, samjh nahi pate ki isse kaise bahar nikla jaye aur usi tension ki wajah se hum me negative thinking bhi aati hai, jiski wajah se hum koi kaam bhi nahi kar pate hai aur humare sabhi kaam khraab ho jate hai. Aap apni family ya friends ke sath ghumne jaye jisse aapko sath bhi mil jayega aur dusro ke sath time bitane ka mauka mil jayega.
